AG will grow to a national scale, enabling Jobs for America's Graduates to make a difference in the outcomes of public education and improve the post-graduation destinations of young people. Destinations include enrollment in a postsecondary institution, entry into a job that leads to career advancement opportunities or a combination of both school and work.

Specifically, JAG will provide states with an effective strategy to strengthen their secondary education systems primarily by helping to focus on those most in need within their existing statewide school-to-career and workforce preparation systems.

JAG will serve as an advocate of change in both policy and practice as to how states serve youth who need additional assistance in completing a secondary education and transitioning successfully into the workforce (with or without a postsecondary education).
