• Vice President of Organizational Capacity to help with fundraising, external communications and organizational development (located in Flagler Beach).
• e-Director to help create a robust online presence, increase data collection and reporting capacities and boost e-learning abilities (located in Flagler Beach)
• Two Team Leaders to serve as regional managers (North and South) to assist the Coaches (Specialists) and Schools. Team Leaders will work out of their home office and will be traveling the region daily.
