AG is an organization that has delivered value-added services to young people for more than two decades. JAG's successes are due in large part to the high performers at the state and local level that deliver JAG Model services to in-school and out-of-school youth.

JAG recognizes high performers at the annual National Training Seminar.

CSA representatives are requested to submit nominees and documentation (i.e. NDMS Summary Reports, testimonial letters, etc.) for JAG High Performance Awards in the following categories which align with the JAG Model:

• Oversight Board
• Program Management
• Program Staff
• Participant Selection - School-to-Career (Senior), Dropout Prevention (Multi-Year), and Dropout Recovery (Out-of-School) Programs
• Career Association (In-school Youth) and Professional Association (Out-of-School Youth)
• Competency Attainment
• Employer Marketing and Job Development
• Follow-up Services
• National Data Base Participation

• Graduation Rate - 90%
• Positive Outcomes Rate - 80%
• Employment Rate - 60%
