Pre-NTS Professional Development Workshops
July 8-10, 2013
Registration Fee: $250 prior to June 8; $300 after June 8
The Pre-NTS Professional Development Workshops begin at 8:00 am on Monday, July 8, and conclude with a brunch from 10:45 am to 12:30 pm on Wednesday, July 10. Pre-NTS meals are served on July 8 (Lunch), July 9 (Lunch), and July 10 (Brunch). All other meals are the responsibility of the delegate. The registration fee includes: 3 meal passes; 1 Pre-NTS Workshop; 1 Resource Notebook; 1 Completion Certificate; formal and informal networking; handouts; break drinks; all workshop expenses, including: workshop presenter, meeting room rental, equipment rental, printing, etc.
2013 Pre-NTS Workshops offered include:
- New Specialist Training—for new Specialists (less than one year experience)
- Advanced Specialist Workshop—experienced staff (more than two years)
- Middle School Program Improvement—new and experienced
- Out-of-School Program Improvement—new and experienced
- Management Development Institute I—new managers (less than one year)
- Advanced Management Development—more than two years experience
- Fundraising and Proposal Writing Workshop—management staff members
- State Organization Chief Executives—CSA representatives only
30th Anniversary National Training Seminar
July 10-12, 2013
The 30th Anniversary National Training Seminar will begin with the Opening Session at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, July 10, and conclude after the brunch (10:15 am to 12:00 noon) on Friday, July 12. More than 375 delegates are expected to take advantage of the general sessions, best practices workshops, exhibits, awards and recognition of outstanding performance, and formal and informal networking.
NTS registration includes: meals served on July 10 (dinner), July 11 (lunch), and July 12 (brunch); four general sessions; 50 best practices workshops; 1 NTS Program Book; awards and recognition for outstanding performance; marketplace exhibit pass; delegate certificate; all NTS meeting expenses, including: speakers and presenters, meeting room rental, equipment rental, etc.
