JAG-Minnesota programs operate in the
following schools:
- Anoka-Hennepin Schools
- Brooklyn Center High School
- Buffalo High School
- Elk River High School
- Fridley High School
- Fridley/Brooklyn Center
- Osseo Area Learning Center II
- Osseo Area Schools
- Rockford
- Rockford High School
- Rogers High School
Fourteen (14) programs are responsible for implementing
a JAG Model program.
• Operates 7 Senior School-to-Career
Transition Programs
• Operates 7 Multi-Year Multi-Year Programs
Participants Receiving JAG-Minnesota Services
JAG-Minnesota serves a total of 780 students
during the 2004-05 school year, including:
• 210 participants are served in the Senior
School-to-Career Program
• 570 participants in the Multi-Year Multi-Year Program
State Organization Awards and Recognition
JAG-Minnesota received the following awards
and recognition at the 2004 National Training Seminar:
- The highest average wage for graduates
during the 12-month follow-up period.
- 2nd Place - State organization recognized for exceeding the JAG
standard of one participant contact per month during the 12-month
follow-up for the Class of 2003
