Michael D’Ambrose joined ADM in October of 2006 and brings to ADM significant leadership skills gained during 27 years of executive level human resource experience. As the Senior Vice President-Human Resources, Mike also serves on ADM’s Strategic Planning Committee.

A graduate of Cornell University, Mike previously served as the Executive Vice President-Human Resources for First Data prior to joining ADM.  He has also held the top human resource role at Citibank, Citigroup and Toys 'R' Us Inc. Mike spent approximately ten years with Ingersoll-Rand Corp in various human resource capacities. Mike also built his own business, Shadow Broadcasting Services, and served as President and COO of Westwood One Inc.

Mike is a member of the Board of Directors for Jobs for America’s Graduates and is committed to working with educators worldwide.
