| Larry Caruso is
Manager, Executive Resources for the General Electric Company.
In this role Larry is responsible for Non-Executive Compensation,
Retirement and Life Insurance Benefits, along with International
Benefit and Global Mobility Programs. Before this assignment he
was Vice President, Global Compensation, GE Capital. In this role,
Larry was responsible for all GE Capital compensation strategy
and planning.
Prior to joining GE, Larry served as Vice President – Director
Compensation and Benefits for General Re Corporation where he worked
for 15 years. Prior to that, Larry held several key compensation
leadership positions in other major corporations such as General
Foods Corporation.
Larry earned his undergraduate degree from Union College in Schenectady,
New York. He earned his MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business,
Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire.
