JAG-Illinois programs operate in the following schools:

- Antioch Community High School
- Crane Tech Prep Community High School
- Dunbar Vocational Career Academy
- Highland High School
- Jersey Community High School
- Roosevelt High School
- Tilden Community High School

Forty (40) programs are responsible for implementing a JAG Model program.

• Operates 40 Senior School-to-Career Transition Programs

Participants Receiving JAG-Illinois Services

JAG-Illinois serves a total of 1200 students during the 2004-05 school year, including:

• 1200 participants are served in the Senior School-to-Career Program

JAG-Georgia provides 12 months of follow-up services to 100 participants from the prior year.

A total of 1300 participants are receiving services in the 2004-05 year.
