implementing a JAG Model program.
• Operates 23 Senior School-to-Career
Transition Programs
• Operates 14 Multi-Year Multi-Year Programs
Participants Receiving JAG-Georgia Services
JAG-Georgia serves a total of 1643 students
during the 2004-05 school year, including:
• 943 participants are served in the Senior
School-to-Career Program
• 700 participants in the Multi-Year Multi-Year Program
JAG-Georgia provides 12 months of follow-up services to 1113 participants
from the prior year.
A total of 2756 participants are receiving services
in the 2004-05 year.
