In 1998 Jobs for Florida's Graduates began serving students statewide. By 2003 over 3,000 JFG students in 30 schools graduated on time, with their class. Today, JFG is being used as an FCAT remediation tool in addition to the traditional workplace and leadership skills training.

JFG strives to help academically univolved students understand the link between educational success and vocational fulfillment, thereby becoming the CEO of their own lives.
