JAG-Connecticut programs operate in the following schools:

- I. Prince Regional Vo-Tech High School
- Crosby High School
- Hartford Public High School
- Pomperaug Regional High School
- Weaver High School

Five (5) programs are responsible for implementing a JAG Model program.

• Operates 5 Senior School-to-Career Transition Programs

Participants Receiving JAG-Connecticut Services

JAG-Connecticut serves a total of 220 students during the 2004-05 school year, including:

• 220 participants are served in the Senior School-to-Career Program

JAG-Connecticut provides 12 months of follow-up services to 232 participants from the prior year.

A total of 452 participants are receiving services in the 2004-05 year.
