implementing a JAG Model program.

Transition Programs

• Operates 1 Out-of-School/Out-of-School Program
Participants Receiving JAG-Arkansas Services
JAG-Arkansas serves a total of 1089 students
during the 2004-05 school year, including:
• 150 participants are served in the Senior
School-to-Career Program
• 898 participants in the Multi-Year Multi-Year Program
• 6 participants in the Out-of-School/Out-of-School Program
JAG-Arkansas provides 12 months of follow-up
services to 502 participants from the prior year.
A total of 1,591 participants are receiving
services in the 2004-05 year.
