JAG-Arizona programs operate in the following schools:

- Flowing Wells High School
- Santa Rita High School
- Sunnyside High School
- Sunrise Mountain High School
- Tolleson Union High School
- Westview High School

Eighteen (18) programs are responsible for implementing a JAG Model program.

• Operates 9 Senior School-to-Career Transition Programs
• Operates 5 Multi-Year Multi-Year Programs
• Operates 1 Middle School Program
• Operates 1 Out-of-School/Out-of-School Program
• Operates 2 Community Base (WIA) Program

Participants Receiving JAG-Arizona Services

JAG-Arizona serves a total of 732 students during the 2004-05 school year, including:

• 293 participants are served in the Senior School-to-Career Program
• 162 participants in the Multi-Year Multi-Year Program
• 32 participants in Middle School Program
• 195 participants in the Out-of-School/Out-of-School Program
• 50 participants in the Community Base (WIA) Program

JAG-Arizona provides 12 months of follow-up services to 250 participants from the prior year.

A total of 982 participants are receiving services in the 2004-05 year.
